The Cigna Group is seeking a Senior Manager to lead CSO Demand Forecasting & Analytics, driving strategic outcomes with data-driven insights across Medical, Dental, Digital, Chat, and PBS channels.

The Workforce Strategy & Analytics team is looking for a Senior Manager to lead Customer Service & Operations (CSO) Demand Forecasting & Analytics.
The Senior Manageris responsible foridentifying, shaping, and delivering strategic outcomesfor the CSO organization through a variety of business analytics disciplines. This individualwillcollaborate closely with business leaders, serving as a thought partner and driving organizational decision making byleveragingdata and analytical insights across multiple areas of the business.
This role specifically supports CSO, and the individualwillconsistentlyparticipatein strategic discussions with theClientleadership team, using their influence to help direct the organization’s strategy and address its most complex and high-priority challenges.An ideal candidate will beadept at making analytically sound decisions, even when information is limited, ensuring that solutions align with business priorities and support the overall goals of the organization.
This is a fully remote opportunity for candidates in select geographies. Candidates who reside within 50 miles of the following locations will be required to perform onsite 3 days per week: Bloomfield, CT; Chattanooga, TN; Denver, CO; Scottsdale, AZ.; St. Louis, MO.
If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 130,900 - 218,100 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
