Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Manager, Competitive Intelligence to lead research and analysis that informs corporate strategy and sales initiatives. You will manage projects, synthesize insights, and present findings to senior leadership.

This remote role requires the ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams, develop competitor profiles, and drive data-driven decisions across the organization. Responsibilities include distributing intelligence to the Ryder Leadership Team, supporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business, accounting, finance, engineering, or economics.
• Master's degree preferred (MBA, accounting, finance, economics).
• Two years+ of management consulting, strategic planning, or related leadership experience required.
• Seven years+ of professional experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide robust research and analysis to support Sales & Marketing initiatives and key intelligence topics.
• Communicate with stakeholders to ensure actionable, timely intelligence.
• Develop and maintain detailed profiles on competitors, suppliers, partners, and topics.
• Support intelligence distribution, including presentations to leadership and board-level docs.
• Maintain a database of primary and secondary research sources.
