Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. seeks a Manager of Competitive Intelligence to perform research and analysis aligned with corporate strategy initiatives. The role involves project management across broad objectives and presenting findings to management levels.

Responsibilities include supporting Sales & Marketing initiatives, delivering intelligence to leadership, and maintaining research databases. This remote role targets ET business hours in the U.S., with bonus potential and long-term incentives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Business, accounting, finance, engineering, economics.
• Master's degree preferred MBA, accounting, finance, economics.
• Two (2) years or more management consulting, leading corporate strategy, strategic planning and/or strategic initiatives required.
• Seven (7) years or more of professional experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide robust research and analysis to support Sales & Marketing initiatives and Key Intelligence Topics and Industry Disrupting Trends.
• Communicate with stakeholders across the company to ensure distributed intelligence is actionable and timely.
• Develop and maintain detailed strategic and operational profiles on key competitors, suppliers, partners and designated topics.
• Support intelligence distribution activities, including presentations to Ryder’s Leadership Team, webinars, and Board-level documentation.
• Continuously identify and maintain a database of relevant sources of primary and secondary research.
