Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Manager of Competitive Intelligence to lead research and analysis supporting corporate strategy. You will present findings to senior management and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and other stakeholders across the organization.

The role emphasizes leadership, executive presence, and the ability to guide strategic initiatives with data-driven insights. Hybrid/remote work with ET business hours is supported.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Business, accounting, finance, engineering, or economics.
• Master's degree preferred (MBA, accounting, finance, economics).
• Minimum of 2 years in management consulting or leading corporate strategy or strategic initiatives.
• 7+ years of professional experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide robust research and analysis to support Sales & Marketing initiatives and key intelligence topics.
• Communicate with stakeholders to ensure actionable and timely intelligence.
• Develop and maintain profiles on competitors, suppliers, partners, and key topics from primary and secondary sources.
• Support intelligence distribution, including leadership presentations, webinars, and board materials.
• Maintain a database of relevant primary/secondary research sources and analysts.
