Job summary

Cigna Healthcare, a division of The Cigna Group, seeks a strategic leader for CORE East Client Management to guide a team delivering retention, growth and client experience across the portfolio.

The role partners with Sales, Underwriting and functions across Finance, Operations and Product to translate objectives into actionable plans and drive performance, talent development and client value demonstration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in account management or benefit consulting.
• Prior management/supervisory experience and/or demonstrated competencies in this area.
• Strong understanding of the global health benefits landscape and multinational client needs.
• Exceptional relationship and account management skills with negotiation and renewal capabilities.
• Experience with consultative client management methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Client Managers accountable for financial, retention, growth and client experience objectives across CORE East.
• Drive disciplined portfolio management, renewal execution and risk management.
• Develop client-specific strategies and partner with Sales and Underwriting to grow persistency and revenue.
• Talent development, leadership, and coaching to grow professionals within the team.
• Foster strong internal partnerships across Sales, Finance, Operations, and Product to improve execution.
