Job summary

Cigna Healthcare, a division of The Cigna Group, seeks a senior leader to steer the CORE East Client Management team for GHB across the Americas. You will drive portfolio performance, develop proactive client strategies, and manage senior client/broker relationships, reporting to the VP of Client Management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years in account management or benefit consulting.
• 5+ years of employee benefit experience.
• Prior management/supervisory experience.
• Strong understanding of global health benefits for multinational clients.
• Exceptional relationship and account management skills with senior stakeholders.
• Proven ability to partner with internal and external resources.
• Demonstrated consultative client management methodologies.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, matrix organization and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Leads a team of Client Managers and drives portfolio performance against key metrics.
• Develops proactive client strategies and executive-level relationship management.
• Oversees renewal execution, persistency, membership growth, and revenue targets.
• Fosters talent development, leadership, and succession within the team.
• Builds strategic relationships with clients and brokers; participates in reviews and renewals.
• Collaborates with Sales, Underwriting, Finance and other functions to improve client experience.
• Translates goals into team objectives and operating rhythms with disciplined planning.
• Addresses escalations with clear ownership and timely service recovery.
