Job summary

Cigna Healthcare in the Americas seeks a strategic leader to direct a team of Client Managers responsible for retention, growth and client experience across the CORE East portfolio. You will report to the Vice President of Client Management and drive portfolio performance, renewal readiness and value articulation for multinational clients.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in account management or benefit consulting.
• Prior management/supervisory experience and/or demonstrated competencies in this area.
• Strong understanding of the global health benefits landscape for multinational clients.
• Excellent relationship and account management skills with ability to influence senior stakeholders; strong negotiation and renewal capabilities.
• Experience with consultative client management methodologies.

Responsibilities
