Cigna Healthcare, a division of The Cigna Group, seeks a senior leader to guide the CORE East Client Management team for GHB across the Americas. You will set strategy, drive renewal execution, grow membership and deliver a differentiated client experience.

This role leads a team, partners with Sales, Underwriting, Finance and other functions, translating annual goals into actionable plans while mentoring talent and ensuring high performance. Some travel to visit clients and brokers is required.

Formación

• ~5+ years of experience in account management or benefit consulting.
• Prior management/supervisory experience.
• Strong understanding of global health benefits landscape and multinational clients.
• Exceptional relationship and account management skills with negotiation, renewal and escalation capabilities.
• Demonstrated experience with consultative client management methodologies.
• Willingness to travel to visit clients and brokers.
• Strong financial acumen including health insurance underwriting, pricing, trend and portfolio performance.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and direct a team of Client Managers for the CORE East portfolio.
• Develop client strategies to improve persistency, membership growth and revenue.
• Partner with Sales and Underwriting to achieve renewal execution and growth.
• Mentor talent and drive development of team members.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver high quality client experience.
• Translate goals into team objectives and operating rhythms.
