Cigna Health and Life Insurance Company seeks a senior leader to manage the CORE East Client Management team, driving persistency, revenue growth, and client experience across a complex portfolio. You will lead talent development, partner with Sales, Underwriting, Finance and other functions, and represent the business in executive reviews and broker discussions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in account management or benefit consulting.
• 5+ years employee benefit experience.
• Prior management/supervisory experience.
• Strong client and broker relationship skills; negotiation, renewal and escalation-management capabilities.

Responsabilités

• Directly manages a team of Client Managers and drives portfolio performance for CORE East.
• Identify retention and earnings risks and develop client-specific strategies.
• Partner with Sales and Underwriting to achieve growth and persistency.
• Develop internal relationships to improve execution and client experience.
• Lead executive reviews and renewal discussions with senior stakeholders.
