Job summary

Cencora, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager Branded & Specialty Rx Contracts to lead end-to-end contracting for Branded Rx and Specialty Rx with manufacturers, coordinating with Channel Strategy and Product Access teams to ensure favorable terms.

You will drive internal collaboration, document key terms, and oversee contracts across multiple business units from initiation to close. The role requires 3-4 years in contract negotiations, familiarity with pharmaceutical contracting, and strong

Qualifications

• Requires broad training in fields such as law, business administration, supply chain, finance, or similar.
• 3-4 years of direct contract negotiation experience.
• Pharmaceutical healthcare contracting and/or distribution sourcing experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead distribution agreement negotiations for assigned manufacturer accounts with end-to-end contracting and redlining.
• Drive alignment on negotiation strategy between business units and manufacturers.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Operations and other stakeholders to document inputs in agreements.
• Maintain a library of variations of standard contract language and ensure compliance with internal policies.
• Represent Cencora in complex negotiations and communicate updates to leadership.
• Advance initiatives to optimize contracting processes and reduce resource burden.
