Job summary

Cencora, Inc. is seeking a Senior Category Manager to develop strategic relationships with generic injectable and biosimilar manufacturers and drive value through supplier contracts and formulary sourcing. You will lead negotiations and serve as a liaison between external partners and internal teams.

The role requires deep knowledge of pharma wholesale/distribution, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to manage complex contracts end-to-end across cross-functional groups.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of generic sourcing and manufacturing in pharma.
• Strong financial acumen and negotiation skills.
• Experience leading supplier contract negotiations.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Finance.

Responsibilities

• Lead supplier contract negotiations and formulary sourcing strategies.
• Manage relationships with external generic injectable and biosimilar manufacturers.
• Coordinate with internal teams across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Supply Chain.
• Represent Cencora in executive-level engagements.
