Job summary

Zscaler, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Content & Operations, Global Customer Advocacy to lead AI-powered content development and customer validation initiatives.

This remote role reports to the Senior Director, Global Customer Advocacy and focuses on scalable advocacy programs across the Americas. You will drive adoption of AI-driven solutions, coordinate cross-functional workflows, and strengthen customer stories and Gartner Peer Insights programs to enhance market credibility and buyer

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in customer marketing/advocacy, content strategy, product marketing, marketing operations, or related disciplines in B2B tech.
• Strong strategic content development to translate complex tech into compelling, data-driven content.
• Proven cross-functional program management across Sales, Marketing and Customer Success.

Responsibilities

• Drive AI-powered customer advocacy by leading adoption and integration of the Customer Story Agent into cross-functional workflows.
• Establish an AI impact measurement framework and track productivity gains and business outcomes.
• Develop strategic customer content aligned with core solution priorities with cross-functional partners.
• Lead Gartner Peer Insights strategy and always-on review recruitment to support marketing content and AI-driven search visibility.
• Collaborate with Analyst Relations and regional advocacy teams to fulfill reference requests for major industry evaluations.
