Harris Computer is seeking an experienced Corporate Development professional to join our M&A team in a highly autonomous, self-managed, remote part-time role.

You will develop and advance our acquisition pipeline, engage founders and executives, and position Harris as the partner of choice for strategic software acquisitions, while delivering high-value opportunities with credibility and discipline.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on financial and business experience in fast-paced environments.
• M&A experience with valuations and engagement with founders and senior executives.
• Strong relationship-building, communication and listening skills.
• Ability to identify and engage business owners and drive acquisitions.
• Meticulous activity tracking using a CRM system.

Responsibilities

• Develop and advance the M&A pipeline with high-value opportunities.
• Initiate strategic outreach to prospects and engage founders and executives.
• Build credibility and position Harris as the acquirer of choice.
• Drive acquisitions and deliver transactions with diligence.
• Record activities and notes in Harris CRM for pipeline management.
