Job summary

Colliers is seeking a Senior Lease Analyst - RENT in the United States to manage Lease Administration, client and vendor relationships, and to centralize schedules, reports, and process flows for the Lease Administration team. This role focuses on global rent presentment or payment activities and high-complexity accounts.

You will lead governance programs, manage expirations and variances, and ensure accurate data in WorkTrac and related systems while coordinating with global teams and clients.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of lease administration or related CRE/accounting experience.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, real estate, or similar.
• Experience with CRE database systems (e.g., Visual Lease, ProLease, WorkTrac).
• Experience managing global accounts with 1,000+ leases.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders on global lease matters.
• Maintain client contracts, scope, billing terms, and payee details in systems.
• Prepare portfolio updates, metrics, and performance reports for clients.
• Manage monthly tenant rent payments, CAM, operating expenses, and reconciliations.
• Oversee vendor invoices, recovery clauses, and ensure contract compliance.
• Support audits and transition onboarding for new accounts.
