The candidate will perform lease abstraction, financial review, and client support with a strong emphasis on accuracy and data integrity.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree with at least 3 years of experience in lease administration or real estate accounting, and demonstrates advanced Excel skills,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and lease abstraction experience preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are essential.
• Proficiency with Excel and Office suite is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Perform lease abstraction and input critical data into lease databases with accuracy.
• Review CAM, taxes, invoices and rent computations for correctness.
• Coordinate with transition/regional teams to obtain lease documentation and ensure completeness.
• Manage and report on dates, milestones, and data quality for client portfolios.
