Job summary

JLL is seeking a Lease Administration Client Manager to join the Lease Administration team. You will oversee lease abstractions, critical dates, and invoicing while supporting strategic real estate decisions for clients.

You will manage client relationships, ensure accuracy, and drive key initiatives across the team. The role requires strong Excel skills, leadership, and a proactive problem-solving mindset, with light travel and remote work options.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of experience in Lease Administration, Real Estate Accounting, Real Estate Law or Property Management.
• 2 years in a supervisory role at a strategic level with internal/external teams.
• Strong financial/analytical skills.
• High attention to detail with accuracy in reporting and calculations.
• Ability to spot issues proactively and drive solutions.
• Ability to understand and interpret data using technology.
• Willingness to learn and grow.
• Multilingual a plus.
• Willingness for light travel.

Responsibilities

• Serve as relationship manager and first point of client escalations.
• Manage client/vendor/landlord relationships and coach team members.
• Ensure client accounts comply with internal and client policies.
• Review abstracts and interpret commercial lease documents.
• Resolve rent and landlord/tenant issues and oversee subtenant accounts.
