Job summary

Primoris Services Corporation is seeking a Senior Learning Systems Administrator to manage Workday Learning, provide enterprise system support, develop reporting and automation solutions, and lead learning technology projects. This role partners with stakeholders across the organization to ensure effective governance, reliable data, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement of learning systems and processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience in HR, information systems, or instructional technology.
• Five+ years of experience administering a learning management system in a complex environment.
• Experience administering Workday Learning is strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of LMS configuration, enrollment rules, learning records, testing, deployment and governance.
• Experience developing reports, dashboards, and data extracts for compliance and operations.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills for troubleshooting system, integration, access, and data integrity issues.
• Experience with system integrations, automation, AI tools or workflow tools like Microsoft Power Automate.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Workday Learning administration tasks and configurations.
• Provide enterprise learning system support and serve as escalation contact for issues.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and data extracts; monitor training completion and compliance metrics.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and advise on learning governance and strategy.
• Lead process automation and integration projects; manage migrations and deployments.
• Coordinate with vendors/IT on APIs, SFTP, and third-party integrations.
• Oversee project-based learning initiatives and change management activities.
