Job summary

Primoris Services Corporation is seeking a Senior Learning Systems Administrator to manage and optimize Workday Learning, provide enterprise system support, develop reporting and automation solutions, and lead learning technology projects. This role partners with stakeholders to ensure governance, reliable data, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement of learning systems.

This position offers remote work flexibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, information systems, instructional technology, business administration, or related field.
• Five+ years of enterprise LMS administration experience.
• Experience administering Workday Learning is strongly preferred.
• Strong LMS configuration and governance knowledge.
• Experience creating reports, dashboards, and data extracts for compliance and operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for data integrity issues.
• Experience with system integrations and workflow tools such as Power Automate.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Workday Learning content, settings, enrollments, and completion logic.
• Develop and maintain Workday Learning reports, dashboards, and data extracts.
• Support governance standards and data integrity across learning systems.
• Lead learning technology projects and stakeholder consultations.
• Automate learning admin processes using Power Automate.
• Coordinate migrations of content and records from legacy LMS platforms.
• Engage with vendors and IT on integrations and APIs.
