Job summary

Briljent is seeking a Senior Learning Consultant to plan, develop, and deliver learning activities for a large-scale technology implementation. You will work with change, project, and training teams to create effective, engaging programs aligned with new business processes and technology.

The role involves designing training plans, schedules, and content, and coordinating training in remote and in-person settings.

Qualifications

• 5+ years directing or leading remote and in-person software training for large tech projects.
• 5+ years working with Child Support Programs and automated Child Support systems.
• 5+ years developing training plans, outlines, and materials from system design docs.
• 5+ years conducting training classes to implement new business processes and related technologies.
• Demonstrated learning leadership for complex technology implementations.
• Deep understanding of Child Support Program objectives and processes (cases, locate, establishment, enforcement, etc).

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive learning plans, schedules, outlines, and training materials.
• Lead design and development of software training for remote and in-person delivery.
• Create content based on system design docs, business requirements, and new technology functionality.
• Facilitate training sessions to support implementation, adoption, and use of new technologies.
• Provide senior-level learning expertise throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Coordinate learning activities across audiences and project phases.
• Partner with SMEs to ensure content reflects system functionality and processes.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements based on feedback.
• Assist with planning and executing learning activities for large-scale technology implementations.
• Ensure materials and delivery are standardized and aligned with project objectives.
