Job summary

Instructure is seeking a Senior Learning Consultant (Dedicated Remote) to work with large institutions across K12 and Higher Ed, focusing on Canvas LMS, Mastery Connect, and Impact. This role emphasizes project management, change leadership, and targeted coaching to boost adoption and learner engagement.

You will build relationships with stakeholders, tailor professional development, and create curriculum resources while supporting organizations through strategic implementation and ongoing

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of Instructure product experience and expertise in Canvas courses that address diverse teaching and learning needs.
• At least one year of experience with other Instructure tools.
• At least one year in an educational leadership position overseeing a team that supports learning management systems for pedagogical purposes.
• Bachelor's Degree in Instructional Technology or equivalent; Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership or Instructional Technology a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance through best practices in learning and assessment and the Instructure ecosystem.
• Support the customer's vision for using Canvas LMS, Mastery Connect, Impact, and other Instructure tools and products.
• Offer best-practice guidance on Instructure product-related projects.
• Share strategies for change leadership, understand current and planned future states, and support the organization's vision.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to support communication, training, and engagement plans/timelines while mitigating risks.
• Develop curriculum, assessment, and programmatic strategies addressing instructional approaches and learner experience.
