Job summary

NetImpact Strategies Inc. is seeking a Learning / Change Specialist – Live Instruction to deliver engaging, role-based instruction and hands-on enablement for users of federal enterprise applications as part of a multidisciplinary team supporting a federal customer.

This remote position requires travel and collaboration with operational and technical partners. The role focuses on live instructor-led training, onboarding, software releases, and workflow changes, with emphasis on measuring

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education, training, information systems, communications, or related field; equivalent relevant experience considered.
• 3+ years of experience delivering instructor-led and virtual technical or application training.
• Strong classroom facilitation, presentation, learner coaching, and remote training skills.
• Experience conducting skills assessments and maintaining training documentation.
• Ability to travel frequently to support scheduled training and operational events.

Responsibilities

• Deliver live instructor-led, virtual, and hands-on training aligned to approved role-based learning pathways.
• Prepare and facilitate training for onboarding, software releases, exercises, and workflow changes.
• Coach end users and super-users, reinforce approved procedures, and identify proficiency gaps.
• Adapt delivery for audience needs, operational constraints, and approved offline training settings.
• Collect learner feedback, attendance, assessments, and evidence of learning outcomes.
• Escalate clinical workflow questions to credentialed clinical informaticists rather than independently making clinical decisions.
• Coordinate with curriculum developers and site leads to refine instruction and job aids.
