Job summary

NetImpact Strategies is seeking a Learning / Change Specialist – Curriculum & Materials to develop clear, accessible learning products that help federal users adopt enterprise applications and approved workflows as part of a multidisciplinary team supporting a federal customer. The role is remote in the United States with travel as needed.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in instructional design or related field and 3+ years of curriculum development experience for adult learners,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in instructional design, education, learning technology, or related field; equivalent relevant experience considered.
• 3+ years of instructional design and curriculum development experience for adult learners.
• Proficiency developing technical training, assessments, job aids, and digital learning materials.
• Working knowledge of instructional design methods, accessibility, and content version control.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain instructor-led, virtual, computer-based, microlearning, simulation, and job-aid content.
• Apply an approved instructional design method such as ADDIE to define learning objectives, content, and assessments.
• Create role-based learning paths and update content for releases, process changes, and recurring support issues.
• Develop materials suitable for approved offline or limited-connectivity use.
• Coordinate clinical content review and validation with credentialed clinical informatics personnel.
• Maintain content versioning, approvals, review status, and traceability to current workflows.
• Prepare content for approved learning systems and apply applicable accessibility requirements, including Section 508.
