ADP is hiring a Senior Learning Consultant. This role offers remote opportunities across the United States.

You will deliver functional, technical, and soft skills training to associates and clients, applying adult learning theory and facilitation techniques to accommodate diverse learning styles. You will work with instructional designers to enhance curricula, stay current on ADP products, and mentor teammates on facilitation and product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Experience with Workforce Management software.
• 3+ years implementing or training WorkForce Software products.
• 3-5 years of experience with SQL, JavaScript and formula languages.

Responsibilities

• Deliver functional, technical, and soft skills training to associates and clients.
• Apply adult learning theory and facilitation techniques to diverse learners.
• Consult with instructional designers on curricula effectiveness and updates.
• Coach and mentor team members on product knowledge and delivery.
• Perform LMS administrative tasks and track course enrollment.
