Job summary

Luminary Hospice is seeking a remote Leadership Talent Acquisition Partner to own full-cycle recruitment for leadership, clinical, and sales roles across four states. You will partner with the VP of Talent to build proactive pipelines and reduce time-to-fill while ensuring leadership coverage to sustain high-quality patient care.

You will source passive candidates, manage interviews and offers, and align credentialing with onboarding.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting across leadership, clinical, and/or sales roles.
• Experience recruiting within hospice and a network of hospice leadership.
• Ability to source and close passive candidates in a competitive healthcare market.
• Proficiency with Greenhouse ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for agency leadership roles across multiple states.
• Partner with VP of Talent to design staffing plans, org design, and succession priorities.
• Build proactive hospice leadership pipelines and talent maps ahead of openings.
• Own Hospice Care Consultant recruitment and collaborate with sales leadership on profiles.
