Luminary Hospice is seeking a Leadership Talent Acquisition Partner to own full-cycle recruitment for agency leadership, clinical, and sales roles. This remote role includes travel to select markets and partnerships with the VP of Talent to build pipelines that support patient care excellence.

The successful candidate will develop proactive sourcing strategies, manage interviews and offers, and ensure compliance with state licensure requirements as needed across the four-state footprint.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting across leadership, clinical, and sales roles.
• Experience recruiting within hospice and a network of hospice leadership.
• Ability to manage multiple profiles (executive, clinical, sales) simultaneously.
• Proven ability to source and close passive candidates in a competitive healthcare market.
• Strong business acumen and advice to leaders, not just order-taking.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across multiple states/time zones.

Responsabilités

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for agency leadership roles and Hospice Care Consultants.
• Partner with VP of Talent and leadership to define staffing needs, org design, and succession.
• Build proactive, hospice-specific leadership pipelines and talent maps.
• Coordinate with credentialing, compliance, and onboarding for smooth transitions.
• Report key recruiting metrics to the VP of Talent.
