Job summary

Luminary Hospice is seeking a Leadership Talent Acquisition Partner to own full-cycle leadership recruitment across agency leadership, clinical, and sales roles. The role collaborates with the VP of Talent, regional leadership, and agency operators to build proactive pipelines, reduce time-to-fill, and ensure leadership capacity for sustained patient care and growth.

Remote with travel across four-state footprint (IN, OH, TX, MO) and preferred travel to sit in Texas, Missouri, Ohio, or Indiana.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting across leadership, clinical, and/or sales roles.
• Experience recruiting within hospice and a network of hospice leadership.
• Comfort recruiting across executive leadership, licensed clinical staff, and quota-carrying sales talent.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for agency leadership roles.
• Partner with VP of Talent and leadership to understand staffing needs and succession priorities.
• Build proactive leadership pipelines and talent maps ahead of need.
• Support new-market and de novo agency launches with leadership pipelines.
