Job summary

Luminary Hospice seeks a Leadership Talent Acquisition Partner to own full-cycle leadership recruitment across agency leadership, clinical staff, and Hospice Care Consultants. The role partners with the VP of Talent and regional leadership to build proactive pipelines, reduce time-to-fill, and ensure leadership and sales coverage for quality patient care.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience across leadership, clinical, and/or sales roles.
• Experience recruiting within hospice and a network of hospice leadership.
• Comfort recruiting across executive leadership, licensed clinical staff, and quota-carrying sales talent.
• Proven ability to source and close passive candidates in a competitive healthcare labor market.
• Strong business acumen and ability to advise operating and sales leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for agency leadership roles, partnering with VP of Talent and regional leadership.
• Own Hospice Care Consultant recruitment for the sales team, aligning candidate profiles with territory needs.
• Develop proactive leadership pipelines and talent maps across the four-state footprint.
• Source passive candidates through networks, industry groups, LinkedIn Recruiter, and referrals.
• Coordinate with credentialing, compliance, and onboarding to ensure compliant hires.
• Track recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline health, source of hire, offer acceptance).
• Travel to agencies and events for on-site interviews and relationship-building.
