Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of progressive program management in technical, network, or infrastructure projects.
• Ability to translate ambiguous objectives into executable plans and measurable outcomes.
• Experience leading multiple interdependent initiatives and managing cross-functional risks.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, high-impact network programs from strategy through delivery and handoff.
• Create execution frameworks when scope or ownership is unclear.
• Coordinate multiple workstreams with enterprise dependencies and senior leadership visibility.
• Establish governance and executive review processes for initiatives.
• Drive readiness across architecture, design, build, test, deployment and operations.
• Mentor program managers and improve delivery discipline and governance.
