Lumen Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Senior Lead Technical Marketing Manager for cybersecurity to translate complex security technologies into credible narratives and customer-ready guidance.

You will drive technical content, demonstrations, and training across product marketing, engineering, and sales. You will shape positioning, reference architectures, and joint go-to-market activities, partnering with Black Lotus Labs and customer teams to accelerate adoption and revenue.

Qualifications

• Translate complex cybersecurity capabilities into clear customer value and differentiated positioning.
• Create technical demonstrations, workshops, white papers, and solution guides.
• Collaborate across Product Marketing, Product Management, Engineering, Sales, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success and Partners.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives without direct authority with clear ownership and momentum.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical marketing strategy and priorities for Lumen cybersecurity solutions.
• Develop defensible messaging for technical buyers and practitioners (CISOs, security architects, SOC, network, cloud teams).
• Build end-to-end reference architectures, use cases, deployment guidance across network, cloud, edge, and security ops.
• Deliver compelling product demonstrations, labs, webinars, and proof-of-value experiences.
• Create high-value assets like white papers, briefs, blogs, and architecture diagrams.
• Enable sellers with training, battlecards, FAQs, and playbooks.
