Lumen is seeking a Lead Solutions Marketing Manager to shape messaging and content for the Security portfolio. You’ll translate customer and market insights into industry-focused narratives, use cases, and sales enablement that connect Lumen capabilities to business outcomes.

You will collaborate with Solutions Marketing, Product Marketing, Sales, and subject matter experts to deliver market-relevant content and differentiated stories across priority industries and buyer audiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing, business, communications, cybersecurity, information technology, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in solutions marketing, segment marketing, industry marketing, product marketing, content marketing, or a related B2B technology role.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity topics such as network security, SASE, DDoS protection, managed security services, threat intelligence, cloud security, zero trust, or security operations.
• Strong writing and storytelling skills, with experience translating complex technology concepts into clear, compelling customer-facing content.
• Strong understanding of customers, markets, and go-to-market strategy, with the ability to turn insights into relevant solution, audience, and industry marketing.
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.

Responsabilités

• Develop expertise in priority industries and customer segments, including market trends, customer needs, pain points, buying priorities, and emerging opportunities.
• Translate complex cybersecurity and technology capabilities into clear, customer-focused messaging, value propositions, use cases, proof points, and differentiated stories.
• Develop industry-and segment-specific messaging, narratives, and content that connect Lumen solutions to relevant customer challenges and business outcomes.
• Create market-facing content such as solution briefs, eBooks, whitepapers, research reports, presentations, web content, and other assets that support go-to-market priorities.
• Develop sales enablement content that helps sellers understand customer challenges, industry and segment needs, relevant use cases, and the value of Lumen solutions.
• Adapt broader solution messaging and content for priority industries, customer segments, and buyer audiences.
• Partner across Solutions Marketing, Product Marketing, Sales, Demand Generation, and other subject matter experts to ensure messaging and content are accurate, relevant, and aligned with broader priorities.
• Incorporate customer, seller, market, and industry insights to continually strengthen messaging, content, and use cases.
