Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, cybersecurity, IT, or related field.
• 5 years in solutions/segment/industry marketing or related B2B technology role.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity topics such as network security, SASE, DDoS, cloud security.
• Strong writing and storytelling skills with ability to translate complex tech into clear content.
• Strong understanding of go-to-market strategy and market messaging.

Responsibilities

• Develop expertise in priority industries and customer segments; identify trends, needs and opportunities.
• Translate cybersecurity capabilities into clear messaging, value propositions, use cases, proof points and stories.
• Develop industry- and segment-specific messaging and content that connect Lumen solutions to customer needs.
• Create market-facing content such as solution briefs, eBooks, whitepapers, research reports and presentations.
• Develop sales enablement content to help sellers understand customer challenges and value of Lumen solutions.
• Adapt messaging for priority industries, customer segments, and buyer audiences.
• Collaborate with Solutions Marketing, Product Marketing, Sales and others to ensure accurate, relevant content.
• Incorporate insights to continually strengthen messaging and use cases.
