Lumen is seeking a Senior Lead Technical Marketing Manager to shape how we bring cybersecurity capabilities to market. You will translate complex technologies into credible narratives, demonstrations, and customer experiences that accelerate adoption and revenue.

As a senior individual contributor, you’ll lead initiatives across Product Marketing, Engineering, Sales, and partnerships, owning high-impact programs and guiding strategic decisions with technical depth and commercial judgment.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in cybersecurity, engineering, marketing, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in technical marketing or related roles.
• Deep cybersecurity across multiple domains such as network security, threat intel, and security operations.
• Strong understanding of enterprise networking, cloud/hybrid architectures.
• Ability to translate complex tech into customer value and actionable guidance.
• Experience creating demonstrations, architectures, guides, or white papers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; presentation skills.
• Ability to lead initiatives without direct authority.
• Commercial and analytical judgement linking investments to outcomes.
• Comfort in fast-paced, high-visibility environment.

• Own the technical marketing strategy and priorities for Lumen cybersecurity solutions.
• Develop differentiated technical positioning for technical buyers and practitioners.
• Build end-to-end narratives, architectures, and deployment guidance across environments.
• Design and deliver product demonstrations, workshops, webinars, labs, and proof-of-value experiences.
• Lead content development: white papers, briefs, guides, blogs, and technical launch materials.
• Enable sellers with training, battlecards, scripts, and field playbooks.
• Launch and support growth motions: attach, cross-sell, expansion.
• Leverage market insights to influence product strategy, positioning, and activation.
• Collaborate with partners to create joint narratives and go-to-market programs.
• Represent Lumen as a technical authority with customers and analysts.
• Drive cross-functional execution and measure impact to optimize programs.
