Job summary

Lumen Technologies, Inc. seeks a Senior Lead Technical Knowledge Consultant to own the knowledge ecosystem, turning field insights, product expertise, and organizational intelligence into scalable, reusable content and learning resources.

You will collaborate with Product, Technical Sellers, Operations, Enablement, and SMEs to ensure content remains accurate and impactful. You will oversee development of knowledge assets, publish updates to the seller community, and lead initiatives to improve

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in technical sales, consulting, architecture, enablement, knowledge management, or related technology functions.
• Proven ability to develop technical content and learning programs for technical audiences.
• Strong technical aptitude across networking, cloud, security, managed services, and solution-based selling.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and program leadership skills.
• Experience driving cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders across multiple organizations.

Responsibilities

• Curate and maintain the technical knowledge library driving content quality and consistency across playbooks, reference materials, and best-practice documentation.
• Establish standards and governance processes for content creation, review, publication, and lifecycle management.
• Provide lifecycle support of technology education content to train the technical seller to maintain proficiency on Lumen products, processes and solutions.
• Regularly author and publish technical product and solution updates to the technical seller community.
• Collaborate with technical subject matter experts to translate complex concepts into consumable learning materials.
• Lead cross-functional projects focused on improving knowledge accessibility, usability, and business impact.
