Job summary

Lumen is seeking a Senior Lead Technical Knowledge Consultant to own and scale the technical knowledge ecosystem for our technical sales organization. You will convert field experience, product expertise, and organizational intelligence into scalable content and learning assets that improve seller readiness and accelerate revenue growth.

You will develop, manage, and publish training resources, curate external resources, and oversee internal forums.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in technical sales, consulting, architecture, enablement, knowledge management, or related technology functions.
• Demonstrated ability to develop technical content and learning programs for technical audiences.
• Strong technical aptitude across networking, cloud, security, managed services, and solution based selling.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and program leadership skills.
• Experience driving cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders across multiple organizations.

Responsibilities

• Owns the technical knowledge ecosystem and scales assets for seller readiness.
• Coordinate and facilitate live webinars for the technical seller.
• Ensure accuracy of new and existing technical training.
• Curate external general technical training resources for the technical seller.
• Oversee internal peer-to-peer technical forums and publish updates to the seller community.
• Translate technical expertise and business priorities into reusable content and learning resources.
• Partner with Product, Technical Sales, Operations, Education, and Enablement to align knowledge initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional projects to improve knowledge accessibility and impact.
• Support adoption of modern knowledge management platforms and AI-enabled solutions.
