Job summary

Lumen is seeking a Senior Lead Technical Knowledge Consultant to own the knowledge ecosystem for the technical sales organization. You will translate field insights into scalable learning assets and coordinate webinars for the technical seller to accelerate revenue growth.

You will partner with Product, Enablement, Operations, and SMEs to maintain accurate training content, drive governance, and improve seller readiness across AI and cloud solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in technical sales, consulting, architecture, enablement, knowledge management, or related technology functions.
• Demonstrated ability to develop technical content and learning programs for technical audiences.
• Strong technical aptitude across networking, cloud, security, managed services, and solution based selling.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and program leadership skills.
• Experience driving cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders across multiple organizations.

Responsibilities

• Knowledge Management & Content Strategy: curate and maintain the technical knowledge library, ensuring quality and consistency across materials.
• Establish standards and governance for content creation, review, publication, and lifecycle management.
• Coordinate and facilitate live webinars for the technical seller.
• Publish technical updates to the technical seller community.
• Collaborate with Product, Technical Sales, Operations, Education, and Enablement to align knowledge initiatives with priorities.
