Lumen, a leader in AI-ready connectivity, seeks a Customer Insights Manager to drive the Enterprise Customer Insights Roadmap. You will design and execute complex insights projects, guiding marketing, product, operations, and sales with customer-centric data.

Based in the U.S., this work-from-home role involves independent work and collaboration with external partners to deliver actionable insights that shape strategy and growth.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Psychology, Statistics, or related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in B2B Customer Insights.
• Experience in the technology/software industry.
• Experience analyzing quantitative customer and market data with statistical methods.
• Strong survey design, programming and distribution skills.
• Hands-on experience planning and conducting live customer interviews.
• Proven ability to manage external insights vendors and keep studies on scope, on time, and on budget.
• Ability to turn insights into clear stories for executives.

• Plan and conduct live customer interviews and derive themes and recommendations.
• Perform deep-dive data analysis to identify patterns, opportunities, risks, and white spaces.
• Design and run survey-based quantitative studies including development, sampling, fielding, and analysis.
• Lead brand and market insights projects assessing awareness and competitive positioning.
• Test product concepts, offers, and messaging grounded in customer evidence.
• Generate digital product insights using cross-channel analytics to improve user experience.
• Apply analytics and predictive modeling to inform marketing strategy.
• Manage insights vendors from scoping to delivery.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure data governance and privacy compliance.
