Job summary

Lumen Technologies is seeking a Customer Insights Manager to drive the Enterprise Customer Insights Roadmap. You will design and execute complex insights projects, partnering with marketing, product, operations, and sales to enable customer-centric decisions that drive growth.

You will work from home in the United States, guiding studies, leveraging analytics, and coordinating with external vendors to deliver actionable insights while upholding data governance and privacy standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Psychology, Statistics, or related field.
5-7 years of experience in B2B Customer Insights.
Experience in technology/software industry.
Experience analyzing quantitative data using statistical methods.
Strong survey design, programming and distribution skills.
Hands-on experience planning and conducting live customer interviews.
Proven ability to manage external insights vendors.
Ability to turn insights into clear executive stories.

Responsibilities

Plan and conduct live customer interviews and derive themes and recommendations.
Perform deep-dive data analysis on buying patterns and segments.
Design and run survey-based quantitative studies with questionnaire development.
Lead brand and market insights projects across B2B segments.
Test product concepts and messaging for GTM decisions.
Generate digital product insights from cross-channel analytics.
Apply analytics and predictive modeling to inform strategy.
Manage insights vendors from scoping to delivery.
Ensure projects meet data governance and privacy standards.
