Qualifications

• Seven years of experience in labor compliance within the construction industry.
• Knowledge of labor laws and related regulations.
• Familiarity with construction industry contract types and language as they relate to labor compliance.
• Ability to interpret Government and other regulations for the Company.
• Awareness of current industry issues in labor compliance and best practices.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the corporate Labor Compliance Program and supervise the labor compliance group.
• Coordinate internal audits of labor compliance procedures.
• Stay updated on applicable laws and regulations and share best practices.
• Investigate compliance issues with leadership and relevant departments.
• Participate in external reviews, audits, and inquiries with stakeholders.
• Develop and deliver training on labor compliance initiatives.
• Represent the company in industry compliance groups and events.
