Qualifications

• Seven years of experience in labor compliance within the construction industry.
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
• Familiarity with construction contracts and language related to labor compliance.
• Ability to interpret government and other regulations for the company.
• Awareness of current industry issues related to labor compliance.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the labor compliance group and Corporate Labor Compliance Program.
• Coordinate and perform periodic internal audits of labor compliance procedures.
• Monitor applicable laws and regulations; share best control practices and advise on changes.
• Investigate identified or reported compliance issues with leadership and SI departments.
• Participate in third party/government reviews, audits, and inquiries.
• Develop and participate in required training on labor compliance efforts.
