Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking a Senior Labor Compliance Specialist to lead the labor compliance function across our national projects in the power infrastructure sector. This role emphasizes oversight of regulatory requirements, audits, and continuous improvement of our compliance program.

The ideal candidate has seven years of labor compliance experience in the construction industry, deep knowledge of labor laws, and strong communication skills to coordinate with Operations and other departments.

Qualifications

• Seven years of labor compliance experience in construction.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
• Familiarity with construction contracts and language.
• Ability to interpret Government and other regulations and apply them to business.
• Up-to-date on industry labor compliance issues.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the labor compliance group and oversee the Corporate Labor Compliance Program.
• Coordinate and perform periodic internal audits of labor compliance procedures.
• Monitor applicable laws and regulations and advise on changes to be implemented.
• Manage investigations of identified or reported compliance issues with leadership and other departments.
• Participate in external reviews, audits and inquiries.
• Identify, develop and participate in training on labor compliance efforts.
• Attend external training and participate in industry compliance organizations.
