Job summary

Maximus seeks a Sr. Knowledge Analyst to develop and govern FEHB/PSHB knowledge resources for CSRs. You translate policies into clear articles, scripts, and job aids, ensuring accuracy, currency, and compliance.

You'll collaborate with Operations, Training, Quality, and stakeholders to close knowledge gaps, protect PII/PHI, and support content governance and change management in a fully remote setup.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain knowledge base in SharePoint.
• Create document management processes and procedures.
• Assess knowledge base needs and gaps; resolve quickly.
• Collaborate with internal teams for accuracy in documentation content.
• Create hierarchy and ownership structure for knowledge management.
• Encourage stakeholder contributions to improve knowledge base.
• Design and implement workflows to manage documentation processes.
• Establish standard templates for documentation.
• Collaborate with Implementation Team to tune the Knowledge Base.
• Create training material to support Knowledge management.
• Improve search results by refining taxonomy and labels.
• Utilize SharePoint for site management and document workflows.
