Advantage Solutions is seeking a Senior Key Account Manager in Carlisle, PA to lead strategic account growth for major clients. The role requires extensive experience in sales, account management, and CPG categories, with a focus on growth, budgeting, and program execution.

The Sr. KAM will partner with manufacturers and retailers to implement business plans, drive revenue, manage trade funds, and coordinate cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 8+ years of relevant sales, account management, or CPG experience.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive client growth within assigned accounts by increasing distribution, sales dollars, unit sales, market share and other KPIs within budget.
• Ensure retail merchandising excellence and support eCommerce initiatives.
• Achieve P&L objectives and manage business for clients.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies; analyze trends to meet revenue goals.
• Manage promotional spending and identify new business opportunities.
• Lead client meetings, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration.
