Code3 is seeking an senior business development leader to drive new-logo revenue and manage a healthy pipeline. You will originate opportunities through networks, referrals, and platform partners, then lead the full sales process with experts to close deals.

This remote-first role requires strategic selling, deep marketing knowledge, and the ability to guide collaborations across strategists, creatives, and executives to win pitches. Strong relationships with senior marketers are essential.

Formación

• 10+ years of relevant experience in digital marketing, media, client partnership, or agency growth.
• A proven track record of originating and closing new business, exceeding revenue targets.
• Strong relationships with senior marketers and platform partners, plus experience leading complex agency sales cycles.

Responsabilidades

• Own new-logo revenue goals and build a healthy, qualified pipeline of opportunities aligned to Code3's growth priorities.
• Proactively originate new business through your network, strategic outreach, referrals, and platform partner relationships.
• Lead the full sales process from discovery through negotiation and close, partnering with subject matter experts.
