Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a remote Sr IT Specialist to join our field‑based technology team. You will provide advanced troubleshooting, installation, deployment and operational support for client‑facing and internal systems across Labcorp’s network.

The role emphasizes security, asset management, acquisitions support and enterprise projects, with travel within the assigned territory. Standard first‑shift hours apply, and occasional schedule flexibility may be required.

Qualifications

• 6+ years troubleshooting Windows-based hardware, software and connectivity.
• 4+ years supporting network-connected devices and client-facing tech environments.
• 3+ years using remote support tools for troubleshooting and incident resolution.

Responsibilities

• Manage IT support ticket queues, monitor service levels, and report on turnaround times.
• Install, configure, maintain Labcorp hardware and technology assets; perform onsite installations and upgrades.
• Support acquisitions and large projects; coordinate deployments and technology integrations.
• Provide customer training and end-user support for hardware, software and systems.
• Maintain compliance with IT security policies and asset management requirements.
