Job summary

Labcorp is seeking an IT Field Support Technician I to provide remote and field-based technical support for internal teams and external clients.

This is a full-time role with a First Shift schedule, supporting hardware, software, and network issues, including Labcorp Link users, with occasional travel to client sites. A high school diploma and 1+ year of relevant experience are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 1+ years of experience in hardware, software, and network support.
• 1+ years of experience with ticketing systems.
• 1+ years of experience supporting Windows OS and Microsoft Office.
• 1+ years of experience using remote support tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide help desk and technical support for hardware, software, and network connectivity.
• Resolve issues on first contact when possible and document activities in the ticketing system.
• Support Labcorp Link users with troubleshooting and guidance.
• Install, configure, and maintain Labcorp hardware and software.
• Coordinate with internal teams and perform field installations as needed.
