Job summary

Labcorp is seeking an IT Field Support Technician I to provide remote and field-based technical support for internal teams and external clients across multiple locations, including the United States. The role entails help desk, systems, and field installations with standard business hours and some travel.

The position requires permanent work authorization in the U.S., a focus on customer service, and strong technical troubleshooting skills.

Qualifications

High school diploma required.
1+ year supporting hardware, software, and network connectivity.
1+ year using ticketing systems for incident management.
2+ years field/help desk/desktop support.
2+ years supporting Labcorp Link or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

Help Desk & Technical Support: manage 30+ inbound calls daily and resolve issues.
Client & End User Support: assist internal users and external clients for tech questions.
Systems & Infrastructure Support: install, maintain, and troubleshoot Labcorp hardware/software/networks.
Operational Support & Coordination: document tickets and coordinate with IT teams.
Field Services & System Installations: onsite installs and equipment upgrades.
Acquisitions, Projects & Operational Support: assist technology projects and site transitions.
