Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a Senior IT Service Technician to provide technical support for hardware, software, networking, and infrastructure across our Dallas operations. You will assist end users, support Patient Service Centers, and coordinate with IT teams and vendors to ensure reliable technology services.

The role requires strong troubleshooting, data handling, and clear communication with clinical staff, with travel up to 20% within Texas and nearby states.

Qualifications

• Seven+ years in IT support or equivalent, with desktop and end-user focus.
• Experience supporting Windows-based environments and hardware assets.
• Strong communication with clinical or enterprise stakeholders is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for IT systems across hardware, software, networking and infrastructure.
• Support client computing devices, servers, printers, and related hardware.
• Install, configure and support wireless networking equipment.
• Create, analyze, report, convert and transfer data via specialized software.
• Maintain hardware, software and asset inventory records.
• Resolve issues and liaise between IT, operations, vendors and end users.
• Document activities and maintain accurate records.
