The position requires a high school diploma and 1+ year of hands-on IT experience, with on-site travel for installations and deployments as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma.
• 1+ year experience supporting hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
• 1+ year experience using ticketing systems for incident management.
• 1+ year experience supporting Windows OS and Microsoft Office.
• 1+ year experience using remote support tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide help desk support via phone and ticketing system.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network connectivity, and business applications.
• Document support activities and route complex tickets.
• Support Labcorp Link users with configuration guidance.
• Coordinate with internal IT teams to resolve issues.
• Install, configure, and document Labcorp hardware and software on client sites.
• Travel for field installations as needed.
