Partner Company, a remote-first federal IT contractor, seeks a Senior Requirements Analyst to support a government program from anywhere in the United States. The role requires US citizenship and a Secret clearance, with travel up to 10%.

You will lead elicitation, gap analysis, and technology evaluations; translate requirements into epics/stories and oversee UAT, delivering ITCR packages and executive briefings for governance boards.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in business/systems/requirements analysis on IT programs.
• Experience with Agile, ServiceNow, cybersecurity, and DoD governance.
• Strong communication and mentoring; able to work independently.
