Job summary

Tripoint Solutions LLC is seeking a remote Business Analyst to support software and business process solutions. You will gather and analyze requirements, engage stakeholders, document both business and technical solutions, and assist with software implementation and testing across a federal-oriented environment.

The ideal candidate will translate complex business needs into clear requirements, producing user stories, process diagrams, and test documentation while managing multiple time-sensitive

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a business/IS field required.
• 2–5 years in business analysis or requirements gathering.
• Experience documenting business requirements in a professional services environment.
• Strong Microsoft Visio skills for process modeling and documentation.
• Experience with data mapping, data cleansing, and gap analysis.
• Familiarity with UAT methodologies and execution.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Engage with stakeholders at multiple levels to understand needs.
• Facilitate requirements-gathering sessions and stakeholder discussions.
• Develop business cases, user stories, use cases, process diagrams, wireframes, and test docs.
• Translate needs into clear requirements for developers and testers.
• Support software development, testing, validation, and implementation activities.
• Create and maintain User Guides, Design Documents, Release Notes, SOPs.
• Review and edit technical and business documentation.
• Support SharePoint, Tableau, and Jira as needed.
• Analyze customer requests, define solution scope, coordinate with teams.
• Manage multiple projects with internal and external stakeholders.
